About 203
We are Troop 203
Boy Scout Troop 203 is chartered through St. Patrick's Church in Baton Rouge, LA.
Our scouts meet on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM in the Activity Building at St. Patrick's Church.
During our weekly meetings, scouts work on Merit Badges, Rank Advancement and planning monthly adventures. Among their favorites are wilderness camping at Avondale Scout Reservation, biking the historic trails of Vickburg and hiking through Louisiana's state parks. During the summer, we've ventured out to summer camps in Colorado, West Virginia, Georgia, and Arkansas. Our older scouts have taken on the challenging high adventure treks at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. Learning leadership and life skills are part of these experiences.
